School bookkeepers or other school staff have the ability to create products for sale, manage all products, and run reports through the OSP Management Portal.

collecting cash and checks from students. OSP also is very convenient for

The OSP Management Portal allows school bookkeepers to easily create, edit, or

inactivate products on the online school store. Various reporting is available to purchases made, and automatic emails are sent to sponsors/teachers and bookkeepers. Each product has a fund account and sponsor/teacher attached. This makes receipting and reconciling the OSP deposits very seamless.

The OSP online school store offers a simple and familiar shopping experience to

parents/purchasers. Parents will navigate to the online school store, click/add items to a shopping cart and when ready go through the easy 4 step check out process. Once their card has been processed, they will receive an order confirmation and an email receipt of their order.

Proceeds from your OSP sales are deposited into your school's bank account. Deposit statements are available with each deposit and you can even drill into the amount for each fund account.
