💡 Best-Practice Adoption Tip: For generic student fees (such as class dues, science lab supplies, or math calculators), select a clean stock icon from the Product Image tab. For physical merchandise (such as hoodies, t-shirts, or yearbooks), upload authentic custom photos. Products with clear visual images achieve significantly higher completion rates on mobile devices.

Using the Built-In Stock Icon Catalog

Edlio Pay includes a searchable library of school-themed stock graphics:

  1. In the product editor, select the Product Image tab.

  2. Use the Style dropdown to filter by visual style, or type keywords (e.g., music, graduation, sports, science, book) into the search field.

  3. Click any icon to assign it to your product. A blue border indicates the selected active icon.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
