Product Management Overview: Creating and Managing School Store Items in Edlio Pay

Comprehensive guide to managing your online catalog in Edlio Pay (OSP): creating products, setting pricing, managing visibility, and archiving past items.

Overview of Product Management in Edlio Pay

The Products module in Edlio Payments (OSP) is the primary hub for managing online school store items, student activity fees, athletic spirit wear, yearbooks, field trips, and school obligations. School bookkeepers and administrators can create new payment items, configure inventory, adjust pricing, and control which activities appear on the public storefront.

💡 Best-Practice Adoption Tip: Standardize your Activity Number convention at the start of each fiscal year (e.g., ACT-2026-FFA-01 or GL-7010-YEARBOOK). Consistent activity numbers ensure that monthly transaction reports reconcile smoothly against your general ledger and internal school accounting accounts.
