In Edlio Payments (OSP), teachers, athletic coaches, and club sponsors have dedicated tools to track student fee collections, field trip payments, and club dues without needing administrative access to school bank accounts. By connecting activities directly to educator profiles, sponsors gain real-time transparency into who has paid.
đĄ Best-Practice Adoption Tip: Before taking a class on an off-campus field trip or distributing athletic uniforms, sponsors can pull the Sponsor/Teacher Activities Report. This report generates an alphabetized student payment roster that acts as a verified attendance and fee checklist.
Daily Automated Sales Notification Digests
Sponsors do not need to log into the administrative portal daily to check collection progress:
Automated Morning Digest: Every morning following active store sales, Edlio Pay automatically emails an itemized summary to the sponsor's registered school email address.
Itemized Transaction Details: The email lists student names, activity codes, item options (such as t-shirt sizes), and payment timestamps.
Zero Spam: If no items linked to the sponsor were purchased during the preceding 24 hours, no email is sent.
Running Sponsor Activity Reports
To view real-time student payment rosters on demand:
Navigate to Reports > Sponsor/Teacher Activities.
Select your name from the Teacher/Sponsor dropdown list.
Select the target activity or school club.
Click Generate Report to display the student roster.
Click Export to Excel or Export to CSV to save a digital copy or print an attendance checklist.
Setting Up New Activities with Your Bookkeeper
To launch a new store item for your club, class, or sport:
Submit a completed Product Setup Request Form to your school financial secretary or bookkeeper.
Ensure your sponsor profile exists in Setup > School Teacher so the activity maps correctly to your email address.
