Reaching an enormous audience through digital marketing is both cost-effective and measurable. Using data-driven technology like Otis AI will amplify the effectiveness of your campaigns because it specifically targets your existing customers and helps you find new ones that would most likely engage and buy from you.

While creating an ad campaign takes few minutes through our mobile app, there are certain steps you should take to ensure your success with digital marketing. We will take a step by step approach to make sure you are getting the best out of your digital marketing assistant.

  1. Download OTIS AI from the App Store, Google Play, or go to meetotis.com and register your account.

  2. Data sync your customer list to Otis with the integrations we currently offer or send us a CSV file of your email list. Don't worry, we will never share your list and it gets encrypted for security purposes.

  3. Think about the purpose of your campaign and create a call to action that will lead to conversions.

  4. Create visual content for your ad campaign. Use an image or video that immediately connects with your brand. Here is a free resource guide to get you started. If you decide to use texts on your image, do an image check. If the proportion of text to image is too high, your ad may not reach its full audience. For video ads, use our Facebook video guide.

  5. Write a compelling copy that ties in with your visual. Make it memorable and concise. Your image or video will be the star of the campaign.

  6. For Google only campaigns- you can bypass this step. (Make sure you check off Instagram and Facebook in order to do so). Have or create a Facebook business page to connect to as it is necessary to have one before you start a Facebook and Instagram campaign with Otis.

  7. Make sure that your ad fits within the guidelines set by Facebook as your ad will be moderated before it launches on their platforms.

  8. Your campaign metrics will be available after about 24 hours of the ad being live. Check to see how it's performing.

  9. Run A/B tests to see what works better for your brand. Is it better to use a still image or a video? Maybe you can tweak the copy.

  10. Otis will work in the background to maximize your ad budget and make sure you get the best ROI on the money that you spend. Over time it will make recommendations to improve your ad campaign.
