Are the Activities Safe to Complete During Pregnancy?

Some OTO activities may include movements—such as core or higher-intensity exercises—that could feel uncomfortable during certain phases of fertility treatment. Procedures like egg retrieval and embryo transfer can cause temporary abdominal sensitivity or bloating, and it’s important to give your body time to recover.

If you are currently undergoing or recovering from fertility procedures, we recommend:

  • Consulting your fertility nurse or specialist before performing core or high-intensity exercises.

  • Choosing gentler alternatives such as slow, controlled movements, mobility sessions, or guided breathing until you feel ready to resume full workouts.

  • Listening to your body—modifying or skipping exercises is always encouraged when needed.
