1. Visit the Log screen
See all of the assessments and completed training sessions (access at the top menu)
2. Look under Plan
You’ll be able to begin, restart, and/or view your activity plan. Viewing your activity plan will help you schedule your activities You’ll be able to see the full training plan, the training day and the exercise session duration.
3. Verify Sensor Placement
During each session, make sure your sensors are properly positioned. The app will guide you through each exercise, providing feedback based on your body’s signals.
4. Consistent use leads to optimal results
After completing a session, return to the Log screen to review your performance and track progress over time. Consistent use helps you optimize results and ensures your body signals are accurately monitored for future assessments.
