Create Games via the Mobile App

Full Admins, Directors, and Team Staff can quickly create game events right from the mobile app. When viewing the Team Calendar tab, simply tap the Add button and choose “Create Game” to get started—no need to jump to the web to manage your team’s schedule. Options to modify and delete the game are also available, making it faster and easier to schedule and manage games on the go, keep your team informed, and ensure your calendar stays up to date.

1. On the Team Calendar view, select New and choose Create Game.

Note: Team Staff will not be able to create game events if game visibility is OFF. Admins will need to enable game visibility for team staff to proceed with game creation.

2. Enter game details; items denoted with an asterisk (*) are required.

  • Note: The opposing team name and game location/surface will both be displayed as placeholders.

3. Once complete, tap Save. Team members will then be sent a push notification alerting them of the game creation, and can then view the game via the mobile app and on the Team Page. The game will also be displayed on all related system views and calendars.

4. Options to modify or delete the game are available when viewing the game details by selecting the Edit or Delete icons.
