Game event attributes for “Uniform” and “Arrival Time” on Team Pages

To help teams stay organized and prepared, Full Admins, Schedulers, Commissions with permissions, Directors, and Team Staff can now add Arrival Time and Uniform details when managing games on the Team Page. These fields are available when editing upcoming games from the Team Page, under the Game Schedules section. Follow the instructions below to manage these new attributes for your team:

Note: For Team Staff to use this feature, the ability to view game schedules on Team Pages must be enabled.

1. Navigate to the Team Page and locate the upcoming game you wish to modify. Select the mini menu in the game block and click Edit Game Event.

2. Enter information for uniform and/or arrival time as necessary. Select preferences for sending or not sending an event update notification to mobile app users, set RSVP status preferences, and click Save when done.

3. Once the attributes are saved, they will be displayed in the following areas of the system:

  • The arrival time is under the game’s date in the game block Game Schedules area on the Team Page.

  • When viewing the Game Event details on the Team Calendar, both attributes will be displayed.

  • In the Game Schedules report, when clicking edit on a game, both attributes will be displayed.

  • Attributes will be displayed on the mobile app. Click the link for more information on how to update & view these attributes on the app.

  • If users utilize the calendar subscription for events, the arrival time information is included as part of the information shown on native calendars.
