Mobile app users can now delete messages and photos that may have been sent in error from chat channels. Once a message or photo has been deleted, it will no longer display to any member in the respective chat.
Full admins and directors can delete messages/photos posted by any members of their organization in chat channels.
Team staff can delete messages/photos posted by team members in chat channels.
Players and Household Member users can delete their own messages/photos.
To delete a message, when logged into the mobile app and viewing a chat channel (team wall, staff wall, event live chats, or direct chats), tap and hold the message bubble, then select ‘Delete Message’. Confirm the message deletion by choosing ‘Delete Message.’
