To better aid in collecting outstanding payments from members, Household Admins will now be required to pay any past-due payments during the Registration process before they can continue to submit a registration for any new season. When Household Admins begin the registration process, if any past-due payments are attached to household registration orders, a non-dismissible dialog will display with only a Pay Now button, directing the Household Admin to the order to resolve the payment before they can proceed with submitting any new registrations.
Note: If a grace period is configured, users can submit new registrations during that time. They will only be blocked from submitting new registrations once the grace period ends.
Full Admin users will bypass the ‘Past Due’ dialog when performing registrations via Proxy Mode.
