More Detailed Audit Reports to Assist with Scheduling

Four new audit reports are available on the Scheduling Administration screen to assist with scheduling games for your tournament or league.

Team max games per day shows teams with more than the given # of games allowed in a day. You can set the number of games a team can play in a day in the Season Structure Wizard. Now the report will show you if any team plays more than the number allowed.

Field max games per day shows any excess games on a field with limited field permits. The system will still follow the permits you setup for your games, but if you manually move a game and it violates a permit, this report will tell you.

Games outside permits lists all games that violate the permit groups used for your tournament or league. If a game starts before or after a permit says; or if a team is using a field not included in their permit group the system will warn you.

View All Game Changes lists all game changes made after the schedules public date. You can adjust the date to see game changes after a certain date. You can also view game changes based on age. Clicking on the game # will let you modify the game information. If a field or date was modified it will show up highlighted in a red box.
