Admins can now capture and store custom data for household members with a new "Admin Only" feature. The custom data fields are used to store information on the person's household record, versus the registration record, and are a great tool for tracking data that doesn't change from season to season. This includes things like:
Player ID numbers
Player ratings
Jersey numbers (in some cases)
Player/Member notes for only admins to see
Tracking documents
Scholarship details
Etc.
To use this feature, select Settings > Data > Custom Data. Select the Household Info or Household Members categories and then click the Add New Data Attribute.
If the field should only be visible to the site, i.e., not viewed by the member/household, select Full Admin Users under the Permission dropdown.
