Record Household Notes - Admin ONLY

Using Custom Data fields, it's possible to track all kinds of custom data for your households, members, players, volunteers, etc. One commonly used data field is Household Notes for tracking information about your member households.

To create this field and enter information, follow these steps:

1. From the navigation, select Settings > Data > Custom Data.

3. Choose the Household Info data category.

4. Click the Add New Data Attribute button

5. For household notes, consider choosing the "memo" input type

6. Be sure to change the permissions dropdown to Admin Only if you don't want your household members to view these notes.

7. Click Save.

Next, to enter and view household notes, navigate to the household for which you wish to record information. To do this, navigate to Participant Reg > Households > and look for a household using the search box.

All Household Info custom data fields will show up under the Household Name block. To edit these fields, click the Edit Info button on the right.

Type in information for that household in the space provided and press Save.
