Participant Registration: Incomplete Orders Report

The Incomplete Orders report shows you registrants who started the registration process but for whatever reason did not complete it. The system shows you the date and time that the registration process started, and also at what step they stopped in the process. There are several ways to remove registrants from the Incomplete Orders list.

1. Do a proxy registration on behalf of the registrant (with their approval) and finish out the registration.
2. Contact the registrant and request that they remove the incomplete registration from their cart (located in the upper right-hand corner of their screen) or finish the registration.
3. Delete the Order. To delete the order, go to Members > click on Incomplete Orders. Click on the Order Date of the Order you would like to delete. Verify that you do want to delete the order. Click the Delete Order button in the upper right-hand corner.
