How Do I Add a Late Fee to Players with Overdue Payments?

Charge late fees to players with outstanding balances by creating debits in bulk at the season, grouping, or team level. Sort and filter to target the right players, and families are automatically notified.

From the navigation, select Programs > choose your program and season > Structure. Once in the Structure, click the dollar sign icon on the top season-level group, a specific age group, or a team.

On the 'Add Debits' pop-up, you can sort and/or filter to find the players that have a remaining balance due:

You can also view any players for whom a debit was already created, so you can exclude them from the next batch if desired:
