How Do I Add Fees in Bulk to Players After Registration?

Add fees or debits in bulk to registered players at the season, grouping, or team level. Ideal for tournament fees, travel costs, late fees, or balance adjustments. Families are automatically emailed with a link to pay.

Participant Registration includes a feature for Admins to create fees in bulk for players who have previously registered, in the form of mass household debits.

This feature is very useful for:

  • Adding team fees post-registration for things like tournaments, travel, and additional training fees.

  • Charging late fees to families who are past due.

  • Charging the balance due when the full amount of the season wasn’t initially charged.

How to create bulk fees:

  • Navigate to the season for which you want to create fees in bulk, and click on Structure.

  • You can add fees to:

    • All players in the season

    • Players within a specific grouping

    • Players on a specific team

  • Clicking the $ icon will load all of the registrations for the selected season/group/team.

  • To create the debits:

    • Enter the amount of the fee/debit.

    • Give the fee a name (this will be included in the email to the household admins).

    • Include a remark (this will be included in the email to the household admins).

    • Set up installments if they need to be offered for the fee.

    • Select the players for whom the fee/debit will be created (select all/some).

    • After clicking Save, the household admins for all selected players will receive an email with the details of the new fee, with a link to log in and pay.

The fee will show up as a household debit associated with the season:

Creating Bulk Late Fees - To assist with creating bulk late fees, you can sort and/or filter to find the players that have a remaining balance due:

You can also view any players for whom a debit was already created, so you can exclude them from the next batch if desired:
