To collect the Additional Emergency Contact, click on Setup within Program, then select Edit Options in the Collect Contact & Medical Information.
Clicking the Edit Options will open an updated pop-up window with settings for contacts and medical information.
The first two options, Collect Parental Information and Collect Additional Emergency Contact Info, are grouped together. If the parental information collection is set to "No," then the system does not allow the Additional Emergency Contact information to be turned on.
