Here are two of the best options for modifying games if you encounter bad weather:
Option 1 -- bad weather happens and you know how games should be fixed by time:
Go to a schedule in admin mode.
Click on a time for one of the games that needs to be moved. It will open up all games at that time on that day.
Click Edit All Times. It will let you modify the date/time/field for all of the games at the same time.
Save your changes
Repeat these steps for other games at different times.
Option 2 -- bad weather happens and you have to move games off of an entire field:
First, login to your website twice. On one screen go to a schedule in admin mode that has a game on the field that needs games removed. On the second screen go to Elements > Scheduling Admin > Schedules by field or date. Choose other fields and a date that you want to view so you can see where you can move games.
On the schedule screen, click on the field where games need to be removed. It will open up the entire game schedule for that field.
Click Edit All Times. It will let you modify the date/time/field for all of the games at the same time.
Using the other window, figure out where games can be moved.
Save your changes.
