Once a permit exists for a field you can clone it into other fields. This is faster than creating each field permit from scratch. You can make the necessary changes to your permits as you clone them. Any changes will only be made to the permit being cloned, not to the one that already existed.

Select, “Maintain Field Permits” (in light blue box)
Click on your permit group (ex: recreation)
Next to the permit that already exists click the clone button (it looks like two sheets of paper).
Make the necessary changes. Maybe you're trying to clone the same field into a different day, or maybe you need to create a new permit for a different field. Make the change you need and press Save at the bottom of the page.
Continue to clone your permits until you are done.
Once done, click on Scheduling Administration on the top right-hand corner.
NOTE: Fields will be used based on the home team.
