Attaching people to the field permits gives them the opportunity to receive game-changing notifications when the field is affected. This solution will only work for those who use field permits. If you import your games or if you do not use the system to assign games, then this solution is not for you. To attach people to a field permit, please follow these steps:
From the admin home screen, select Elements.
Choose Field Complex Administration.
Select Maintain Field Permits.
Next to each permit group is an icon of two people; click on this icon under Contacts.
To add a contact to this permit group, click on Add a New Field Permit Contact (green box in the top left-hand corner)
Add the person's first name, last name, and email address.
Click Save.
These people will be notified when changes are made to the fields they're associated with.
