Do you have a permit that needs to be used by another permit group? If so, you do not have to create the permit a second time, you can merely clone the original permit and then reassign it into a different permit group. Please follow the steps below to clone an individual field permit into a second or third permit group.
From the Field Complex Administration screen, click on Maintain Field Permits.
Click on the name of the permit group where the individual permit is located that you want to clone.
First, clone the permit so you will have two of them. Click on the clone button (it looks like two sheets of paper). Make no changes. Press Clone at the bottom of the page.
When the screen comes back up, click on modify, next to one of the two permits that now exist (they should be identical).
At the top of this screen is a drop-down called, Permit GROUP. In the drop-down choose the permit group where this individual permit needs to be moved. Once it's selected press Save. The permit will now be in two different permit groups.
