Auditing coach conflicts is a combination of you entering the coaches/teams that have a conflict, and the system finding where the conflict(s) exist. First, make sure you have selected “YES” to audit coach conflicts within the season structure wizard. To do this, select “elements” from the admin home screen, and then season structure wizard. Click “edit all settings” (top left hand corner) to select “YES” for Audit Coach Conflicts. Save these changes. Next, go to the Scheduling Administration page. Choose under Audit Reports "Coach Conflicts New” from the scheduling admin page.
The system will automatically find conflicts for coaches on more than one team. Use the color coding to show how much time a coach has between games.
