Risk management statuses and expiration dates for candidates can be modified by clicking on the name of the person in the All Applications report. The Risk information can be updated in the fields under the candidate’s profile photo.
When admins set any user's Risk Management status to Approved, any team staff/volunteer registration statuses that are set to Pending Review will automatically update to 'Approved' at the same time.
Any subsequent updates to the Risk Management status from Approved to Declined, Blank, or Expired will not have an impact on any user's registration status and will need to be handled on a case-by-case basis.
