To send a candidate a direct link to their risk management application:
Log in to your system dashboard and click on Risk Management from the navigation.
Using the All Applications report view, find the user by using the search box at the top of the report, and click on their profile name
Click on their Risk Management tab and copy and paste the link to send to the candidate directly. The link will be formatted like this: https://clientdomain.ottosport-secure.com/_/_profile/risk-mgmt
Note: Direct links can only be generated if you have already submitted the candidate for a risk management check first
Candidate email reminders can be configured using the steps here - How to configure settings for Application Reminders. Email reminders will also include a direct link to the candidate's risk management application view.
