OTTO Sport does offer a way to import team contacts into the scheduling system. Before you can start importing, you need to first contact support to get the feature turned on. Once the feature has been activated, you can follow the directions below on how to actually import your Excel file and how it needs to be set up.
Please log in to your website
Click on Elements
Go to the Season Structure Wizard
Click on your season (ex. Summer 2013)
At the top of the next screen is a green box called, Import Team Contacts, Click on this link.
Instructions are listed on this final page. Once your Excel file is properly set up, all you have to do is copy and paste it into the Import Box, and the system will do the rest.
If you want to import a player or club staff, please make sure there is a column called Role. Each person will default to a Team Staff if nothing is in this column, use P to designate a Player, and C to designate a person as a Club Staff.
The structure for your Excel file should follow the following instructions:
