Full Admins, Schedulers, and Commissioners with permission can set a "Surface Game Date Limit" in Step 3 of the Schedule Generator process, giving admins more control over how games are scheduled on surfaces. Admins can choose between "No Limit", allowing games to be scheduled freely across all available surfaces, or "Limit Games", where they can set a maximum number of games per surface per date for the grouping.
1. When utilizing the Schedule Generator to create games and navigating to Step 3, after selecting “Yes, set up now” admins will be given the option to select No Limit or Limit Games.
No Limit: If selected, this will allow games to be scheduled freely across all available surfaces.
Limit Games: If selected, input a maximum number of games that can be scheduled per surface per date.
2. Once surfaces are selected for the grouping, select Update Legs to preview the game details for the grouping.
Note: The surface scheduling pattern, Stacked or Spread, will still apply, ensuring games are assigned according to the selected configurations. Additionally, conflict checks will prevent overlapping games or training sessions, and required fields must be completed before setting the time and location for each game.
