To track daily engagement metrics for your campaigns, follow these steps:
Navigate to the "Campaigns" tab in the navigation menu.
Choose the "Calendar" subtab.
In the Calendar view, you can access detailed reports for each campaign:
Click on a calendar event related to a campaign.
On the right side of the page, a comprehensive report will appear.
This report provides insights into your campaign's daily performance, including:
The number of newly engaged prospects.
The quantity of follow-up emails sent each day.
Any reported errors in your daily sends.
Scrolling to the bottom of the report, you'll find a clickable link labelled "View Report Details." Clicking on this link will take you to our Send Reports page, which can also be accessed via the "Reports" tab in the navigation menu.
Within the Send Reports view, you can apply filters based on:
The campaign.
Email account.
The stage (whether you want to focus on initial prospects or those who received follow-up messages).
Here you'll be able to see which prospects have received an email on that specific day.
