You have the flexibility to halt or temporarily pause an active campaign from sending further emails whenever you need to make adjustments.

Navigate to the Campaign Manager within the Campaigns tab, locate the specific campaign you want to modify, and simply click on the "Pause" button.

When you make edits to a template that is being utilized in an ongoing campaign and then save those changes, the template will be immediately updated. The revised version will be dispatched to all future prospects.

Schedule a pause period for your campaign

Outbase provides you with the capability to schedule a campaign pause when needed. If you want to temporarily halt your campaign for a specific duration, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Sending Schedule for your campaign.

  2. Scroll down to locate the "Schedule Pause" checkbox.

  3. In the "Date" field, specify the timeframe during which you want your campaign to be paused, preventing any email sends.

  4. Finally, click the "Apply" button to implement the pause.

Once you've completed the scheduling for the pause, don't forget to click the "Save" button to ensure that your changes are reflected accurately in your Campaign Scheduler.
