In instances where you want to keep the same campaign configuration but make a single adjustment—for example, using the same message sequence, scheduled days and times, and email account while changing the target list —Outbase allows you to effortlessly duplicate or clone your previous campaigns with minimal effort.
To duplicate your campaign, simply follow the steps below:
Head over to the Campaigns section and select Campaign Manager
Click on the plus button (+) next to your chosen campaign
3. A new window will be displayed giving you the option to select an email account and add a list to your campaign from the drop-down menus.
4. Click on Save and your campaign has been cloned and is ready for activating!
You can choose to keep the same email account and target list as your original campaign or opt for a fresh start by selecting a different email account and list.
If the campaign you want to clone has a connected email account, that account will be carried over to the cloned campaign unless you choose a different option from the Email Account drop-down list. Similarly, if the cloned campaign doesn't have a connected email account, it will be created without one unless you make a selection from the drop-down list.
