Assign Your List to a Campaign

When Outbase completes the List creation process, you still need to assign it to your Campaign. In the pop-up that appears, give your List a name and select the Campaign you want this list to be assigned to.

Click Save.

Once your campaign is activated, Outbase will begin adding prospects from this list to the appropriate campaign at a rate that aligns with your daily send volumes. This approach guarantees that we continually provide you with the most up-to-date contact information for your prospects.

If you haven't assigned a campaign for your list yet, you can easily accomplish this from the "Your Lists" view. To do so, navigate to "Lists" in the navigation menu on the left and choose the "Your Lists" submenu.

Next, locate the desired list, and under the "Actions" column, click on the three dots. From the menu that appears, simply select the "Assign to Campaign" option, and then choose your campaign from the dropdown menu.

Unassign Your List from a Campaign

Outbase allows you to effortlessly remove an assigned list from a campaign, making way for a new list to be assigned.

Simply go to your campaign and under the Lists section, click on the Unassign/Reassign button located on the right side of the campaign's name.

A new pop-up window will appear where you will need to click on the X next to the campaign's name.

Afterwards, just click on I'm done. Once you have removed the existing list from your campaign, you can proceed with assigning a new list.

An alternative method to reassign an existing list is by selecting a new list and assigning it to your campaign. This action will overwrite the previous list assignment by unassigning it.

Assign a List to Multiple Campaigns

You can now add a list to multiple campaigns, allowing you to easily create A/B tests. This will allow you to improve elements of your campaign, such as email templates or message sequencing.
