To cancel your paid subscription, follow the steps outlined below and kindly provide your feedback, as it is extremely valuable to us in our continuous effort to improve our services.
Steps to cancel your paid subscription
Go to Organization Settings: Access your account settings where you manage your profile and subscription details.
Click the Billing and Payment tab: Navigate to this section to view and manage your subscription and payment information.
Click on the Cancel option: Found under your subscription details, this option initiates the cancellation process.
State your reason(s) for cancelling: Provide feedback on why you're cancelling – your input is valuable for service improvement.
Click Confirm Cancellation: Finalize the cancellation to stop the subscription services.
Note:
If you're using a free trial, there's no need for any action to end the service. The trial will automatically expire, ceasing access to the organization without any manual intervention from your side.
