An overview of all the prospects added from lists to your campaigns can be found in the All Prospects tab. Each status of the prospects has a different colour, and here is what each of the colours means:

  • Yellow – Awaiting Engagement

  • Pink – Engaged

  • Magenta – Opened

  • Purple – Clicked

  • Blue – Responded

  • Green – Leads

What are their definitions?

  • If the prospect is in the Awaiting Engagement status, that means that they haven't been contacted (email has not been sent) yet.

  • Engaged are the prospects you have emailed, and if they opened the email, they would also have the status Opened. Additionally, if they clicked on any of the links in your templates, they would also have the status Clicked.

  • For a prospect to have a status of opened, or clicked, they would also need to be Engaged.

  • Prospects who have responded and whose responses have been resolved with a response category will also have the status Responded.

  • The prospect whose response type will be classified as a positive response, deferred interest or a referral, will have the status Leads as well.
