How to log Prospect response?

Logging a prospect's engagement outcome is essential for maintaining accurate records, especially when there is no email response for that prospect in our system.

By manually logging the engagement outcome, you ensure that all interactions are properly tracked with the correct status and response type.

Steps to Log Prospect Response

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns Manager from the main menu.

  2. Select the specific campaign where your prospect is listed.

  3. Search for the Prospect:

Use the search bar within the campaign to find the prospect you want to update.

  1. Click on "Set Response Type": If there is no email response synced automatically, click on the Set Response Type option next to the prospect's name.

  2. Select a Communication Channel: Choose the communication channel you used to engage with the prospect: Email, LinkedIn, Meeting, Call, or Other.

  3. Select the Response Type (Outcome): From the dropdown menu, select the appropriate response type (outcome) that matches your interaction with the prospect.

  4. Add Notes (Optional): If necessary, add any notes regarding the interaction. This step is optional but can be useful for future reference.

  5. Confirm the action: Confirm your selection to log the response outcome.

Change existing prospect response

If you need to change a manually added prospect response, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns Manager and select the campaign where your prospect is listed.

  2. Search for the Prospect:

  3. Use the search bar to find the prospect whose response you want to change.

  4. Click on "Change Response Type":

  5. Update the Response type (Outcome): Select the new response type (outcome) from the dropdown menu.

  6. Confirm the change:

For easier access, you can log a response type in the Prospects view as well under All Prospects.

By following these steps, you can easily log and update the engagement outcomes for your prospects, ensuring that all interactions are accurately recorded and tracked. This process helps maintain organized and comprehensive records of your prospect engagements.
