When you order your subscription through one of these platforms, you’ll receive an email from friskvard@ownuapp.com within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to activate your OWNU plan. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.
My Employer Isn’t Connected to Any Wellness Portal – Can I Still Use My Wellness Allowance (Friskvårdsbidrag) for OWNU?
Absolutely! You can still use your friskvårdsbidrag for OWNU. Simply purchase your subscription directly through our wellness page, where you'll receive a valid receipt straight away.
If you've already purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, email us at friskvard@ownuapp.com and we'll provide you with a receipt for your employer.
I Want to Renew My Subscription — How Do I Do That?
If you purchased your subscription through a wellness portal, it will automatically end when the period expires. To keep training, you'll need to make a new purchase through your wellness portal or subscribe directly through OWNU.
If you purchased your subscription directly through OWNU, it will automatically renew when the period expires, so you can keep training without interruption.
How Do I Get a Valid Wellness Receipt?
When purchasing directly through OWNU's website, you'll receive your receipt automatically by email. If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, email us at friskvard@ownuapp.com and we'll help you out.
If you purchased through a wellness portal Benifex(Benify), Benefits, Epassi, your receipt is handled directly through the portal.
Which Subscriptions Can I Use My Wellness Benefit For?
All OWNU subscriptions are approved for wellness benefits in Sweden. Please note that your employer may have an annual maximum amount — we recommend checking how much you're able to use.
Anything Else I Should Know?
Always submit your receipt directly to your employer according to their wellness allowance policy.
OWNU cannot send receipts directly to your employer - you’ll need to download and provide them yourself.

Min arbetsgivare är inte ansluten till en portal – kan jag ändå använda friskvårdsbidraget?
Självklart! Köp din prenumeration direkt via vår friskvårdssida så får du ett giltigt kvitto direkt. Har du redan köpt via App Store eller Google Play – skicka ett mail till friskvard@ownuapp.com så hjälper vi dig med kvittot.
Hur förnyar jag min prenumeration via friskvård?
Har du köpt via en friskvårdsportal avslutas din prenumeration automatiskt när perioden tar slut, och du behöver då göra ett nytt köp via din friskvårdsplattform, eller prenumerera direkt via OWNU för att fortsätta. Har du köpt direkt via OWNU förnyas din prenumeration automatiskt så att din träning kan fortsätta utan avbrott.

Köper du via vår friskvårdssida skickas kvittot automatiskt till din mail. Har du köpt via App Store eller Google Play kan du maila oss så hjälper vi dig. Köper du via en friskvårdsportal hanteras kvittot direkt där.
