When you order your subscription through one of these platforms, you’ll receive an email from friskvard@ownuapp.com within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to activate your OWNU plan. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it.
My Employer Isn’t Connected to Any Wellness Portal – Can I Still Use My Wellness Allowance (Friskvårdsbidrag) for OWNU?
Absolutely! You can still use your friskvårdsbidrag to purchase OWNU. Simply download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, create an account, and choose your subscription. Once your purchase is complete, email us at friskvard@ownuapp.com, and we’ll send you a receipt for your employer.
How Do I Get a Receipt for My Employer?
If you purchased it via Wellness Platforms (Benifex, Benefits, Epassi, and Wellnet), receipts are provided directly by the platform when you place your order.
If you purchased your subscription directly through the OWNU website (via Stripe), the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store, simply email us at friskvard@ownuapp.com, and we’ll provide your receipt.
Which Subscriptions Can I Use With My Wellness Allowance?
All OWNU subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) are eligible. Your employer may set a maximum claim amount per year, so check with them how much you can use.
How Do Renewals Work?
When your subscription period ends, it will automatically renew so you can continue training without interruption. The renewal will be charged to the payment card you used when creating your account.
If you’d prefer not to be charged on your personal card and want to use your friskvårdsbidrag (wellness allowance) again, you have two options:
If your employer isn’t connected to a wellness platform: simply email us at friskvard@ownuapp.com, and we’ll send you a receipt that you can submit to your employer for reimbursement.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Cancelling or Managing via Website (Stripe)
Log in to your OWNU account on the website, under Manage Subscription in the website footer.
Go to Account → Subscription Settings.
Select Cancel Subscription or update your plan.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
Cancelling or Managing via Apple App Store
Open your iPhone or iPad Settings.
Tap your name → Subscriptions.
Select OWNU from the list.
Choose Cancel Subscription or switch to a different plan.

Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select OWNU.

If you notice a renewal charge that you weren't expecting, just contact our support team.
Always submit your receipt directly to your employer according to their wellness allowance policy.
