Important to Know
You can only update your payment card on the same platform where you purchased your subscription.
OWNU cannot update or change your payment card for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google - this must be done directly in the App Store or Play Store.
Website (Stripe)
If you purchased your OWNU subscription on the website:
Log in to your OWNU account on the website.
Go to Account → Subscription Settings.
Select Update Payment Method.
Enter your new card details and save changes.
Apple App Store (iOS)
If you purchased your subscription via Apple, you need to update your card details in your Apple account:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name → Payment & Shipping.
Add a new payment method or update your existing card.
Google Play Store (Android)
If you purchased your subscription via Google Play, update your card details directly in the Play Store:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Payment Methods.
Add or update your card details.
