You can only manage your subscription on the same platform where you purchased it (website, App Store, or Google Play).
All OWNU subscriptions include the same content and features.
After cancellation, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your billing period — no immediate cut-off.
Refunds are handled directly by Apple, Google, or Stripe (depending on where you purchased).
How Do I Know Where I Bought My Subscription?
Your OWNU subscription is always managed on the same platform where you first purchased it. Here’s how to check:
Apple App Store (iOS):
Open your device Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. If OWNU is listed here, you subscribed via Apple.Google Play Store (Android):
Open the Google Play Store app → Profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions. If OWNU is listed here, you subscribed via Google.Website (Stripe):
If you don’t see OWNU in either Apple or Google subscriptions, you most likely subscribed directly on our website. Log in to your account there to confirm your subscription status.
If you’re unsure, contact our support team via the in-app messenger, and we’ll help you confirm where your subscription is managed.
Cancelling or Managing via Website (Stripe)
Log in to your OWNU account on the website, under Manage Subscription in the website footer.
Go to Account → Subscription Settings.
Select Cancel Subscription or update your plan.
Follow the prompts to confirm.
If you’re upgrading (e.g. monthly → yearly), you’ll need to purchase the new subscription, then contact Customer Support to link it to your account.
Cancelling or Managing via Apple App Store
Open your iPhone or iPad Settings.
Tap your name → Subscriptions.
Select OWNU from the list.
Choose Cancel Subscription or switch to a different plan.

Cancelling or Managing via Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select OWNU.
Choose Cancel Subscription or switch to another plan.

What Happens After Cancellation?
You’ll keep full access until your current billing cycle ends.
You won’t be charged again unless you resubscribe.
If you change plans (e.g. quarterly → annual), your remaining time is added to the new plan.
Example: If you have 2 months left on a quarterly plan and switch to annual, you’ll get 14 months total.
Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your data. Your information will remain saved in your OWNU account until you either decide to rejoin or permanently delete your account. You can find further instructions on how to delete your account in How Do I Delete My Account.‼️
How Do Refunds Work?
Refunds are handled directly by the platform where you purchased your subscription:
Apple App Store (iOS): Refunds are managed by Apple. You can request one through your Apple account settings. More info: Apple refund requests.
Google Play Store (Android): Refunds are managed by Google. You can request one through the Play Store. More info: Google refund requests.
Website (Stripe): If you subscribed directly on our website, please contact our support team and we’ll review your case.
Please note that OWNU cannot issue refunds directly for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google, as payments are processed by those platforms.
Can I Pause My Subscription?
At the moment, we don’t offer a way to freeze or pause memberships. But here’s the good news:
Your activities and gym plan are always saved in the app.
You can rejoin whenever you’re ready, and your plan will be right there waiting for you.
Think of it less like hitting “pause” on your training, and more like leaving your bookmark in place until you’re ready to keep reading.
