How Do I Delete My Account?

Deleting your OWNU account is permanent, so please read carefully before submitting a request.

Important to Know

  • Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription or stop payments - so be sure to cancel first.

  • Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be retrieved (workouts, progress, personal details will be lost forever).

  • Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days, and you’ll receive a confirmation via e-mail once it's complete.

Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Make sure you have already cancelled your subscription on the same platform where you purchased it. You can find step-by-step instructions in our guide: How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription.

  2. Choose “delete account” as the reason for your request.

  3. After you submit the ticket, your account will be deleted within 30 days, and you’ll receive a confirmation once it's done.

Why Must I Cancel My Subscription First?

Deleting your account only removes your user data, it doesn’t cancel your active subscription. To ensure you're not charged going forward, please cancel your subscription on the same platform where it was purchased before requesting deletion.
