Always log in with the email address linked to your OWNU account.
If you purchased OWNU through Apple or Google, your subscription is tied to the account you used there.
Resetting your password does not affect your subscription or progress data.
Common Reasons and Fixes
Incorrect Email or Password
Double-check you’re using the email you registered with.
Try resetting your password by selecting Forgot Password? on the login screen.
Not Receiving the Password Reset Email
Check your spam/junk folder.
Add support@ownuapp.com to your safe sender list.
If you still don’t receive it, contact our support team in the in-app support or via our Messenger Chat.
Subscription Purchased via Apple or Google
Make sure you’re logging in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
If you created a separate OWNU account, the subscription may not be linked. Contact support if you’re unsure.
App or Device Issues
Update the OWNU app to the latest version.
Restart your device.
Uninstall and reinstall the app if the issue persists.
