Why Can't I Log In to OWNU?

If you’re having trouble logging in to your OWNU account, here are the most common causes and how to fix them.

Important to Know

  • Always log in with the email address linked to your OWNU account.

  • If you purchased OWNU through Apple or Google, your subscription is tied to the account you used there.

  • Resetting your password does not affect your subscription or progress data.

Common Reasons and Fixes

Incorrect Email or Password

  • Double-check you’re using the email you registered with.

  • Try resetting your password by selecting Forgot Password? on the login screen.

Not Receiving the Password Reset Email

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Add support@ownuapp.com to your safe sender list.

  • If you still don’t receive it, contact our support team in the in-app support or via our Messenger Chat.

Subscription Purchased via Apple or Google

  • Make sure you’re logging in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.

  • If you created a separate OWNU account, the subscription may not be linked. Contact support if you’re unsure.

App or Device Issues

  • Update the OWNU app to the latest version.

  • Restart your device.

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app if the issue persists.
