You can update your login details at any time to keep your OWNU account secure and up to date.
Important to Know
You’ll always log in with the email address linked to your OWNU account.
Password resets are self-service, but if you change your email and can’t log in, you may need to contact support.
For security reasons, OWNU cannot see your password.
Updating Your Email Address
Log in to your OWNU account on the website.
Go to Account → Profile Settings.
Enter your new email address and save changes.
You’ll receive a confirmation email at the new address.
If you no longer have access to your old email and can’t log in, please contact support for assistance.
Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your password or want to change it:
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?
Enter your email address linked to your OWNU account.
Check your inbox for the reset link and follow the instructions.
Choose a new password and log back in.
