If your announcement bar isn't appearing, work through this list — most issues take under 2 minutes to fix.
App Embed is off. Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds → turn on "Oxify Announcement Bar" → Save. Must be on your live theme.
Announcement isn't Published. Open it and check the Published toggle, not just Saved.
Placement doesn't match the page. Check which pages, products, or collections it's set to show on.
Geolocation excludes you. Oxify currently supports "Whole World" and "Specific Countries" (an inclusion list) only — there's no "Exclude Countries" mode. If Specific Countries is on, make sure your country is checked.
Scheduling window. Check Start/End dates — times are saved in your device's timezone, not your store's.
Browser cache. Hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) or try incognito.
Z-Index conflict. Content tab → Show Advanced Settings → raise Z-Index (default 2147483) if another element covers your bar.
Conflicting code or apps. Temporarily disable Custom CSS or other announcement-style apps to test.
