Upload a File: Create New

Do you have an existing PDF or PowerPoint file created outside of PageTiger that you would like to add interactivity to? If so, the 'Upload a File' option is for you!

How to upload a file to create a new document

  • Select ‘Create Document’.

  • Select ‘Upload a File’.

  • You will be prompted to drag & drop your file or select it from a folder location on your machine.

After choosing a file you will be asked to select where to save it.

Express

Express is the perfect option if you want to create your Document more quickly and are happy for it to use a URL made up of random characters.

💡 The URL this can be altered at a later date if required.

  • Select a Folder.

  • Enter a Document Name.

  • Select a Style.

  • Select the ‘Create Version’ button.

A new Version of the Document will then be created ready for you to begin adding interactivity to.

Full Control

The Full Control option gives you the ability to choose the URL that will be used to view and access your Document.

  • Select an existing Folder or create a new one.

  • Select an existing Document or create a new one.

  • Enter a 'Version Name'.

The URL that will be used for the new Document and Version will then display.

💡 The URL this can be altered at a later date if required.

  • Select the 'Create Version' button.

A new Version of the Document will then be created ready for you to begin adding interactivity to.

Any hyperlinks in your file will be pulled through to your PageTiger Document on the initial file upload only. If the file is replaced, the hyperlinks will not update.

Next steps

Once the new Document has been created, you're ready to choose a Design Mode.
