If you have created a Document by uploading a File and need to make changes to it (for example, amending a typo or adding additional content), you will need to update the file externally and replace it in PageTiger.
'Replace File' is only available if the Design Mode is set to 'Interactivity Only'.
How to replace a file with an updated version
Navigate to the Document that contains the Version you wish to update.
Select 'Manage Version' for the Version.
Select 'Replace File' from the drop-down list.
You will be prompted to drag & drop the file or click to select it from a folder location on your machine.
Select ‘Update Version’.
💡 Hyperlinks will be pulled through to your PageTiger Document on the initial file upload only. If the file is replaced hyperlinks will not update.
Reorder Interactivity
Have the number of pages changed in your new file or have any pages been re-ordered? If the answer is yes, it’s important that you go through the ‘Reorder Interactivity’ stage and move any interactivity to the correct page number.
