What is Branding?

Branding refers to your key brand elements, such as logo, colour scheme and typography. It's what makes you stand out as a company and instantly recognisable to your consumers. Each and every one of our customers can have their own bespoke Branding set up, which can be applied to their PageTiger documents.

Starter Branding vs Full Branding

When you first sign up to PageTiger, a ‘Starter Branding’ will be available to use in your account, which contains your logo and two colours options. Our Creative team will reach out to you to request your brand guidelines ready to build a full, bespoke Branding, containing up to ten of your organisations colours.

Branding & Layout Library

When applied to a Layout Library document, Branding will set a range of complimentary colours and fonts based on your brand guidelines. It's quick, easy and doesn't require any design skills! Branding ensures you stay on brand, making your documents consistent and professional. It's simple to apply and will set the colours and fonts across your whole document in the click of a button, preventing the need to edit each and every panel.

How to apply a Branding

When you create a new Layout Library document, Branding is selected on the Design Options page using the 'Branding' drop-down list.

How to swap to a different Branding

It's easy to swap to a different Branding, for example, if you have one set up for for internal documents and external documents.

  • Open the design of your document.

  • Select the 'Document' icon from the left hand menu.

  • Select the 'Select Branding' option.

  • Select the Branding you wish to use and save.

Has your Branding changed?

If your organisation changes its branding please let our Creative team know and they will be happy to arrange an update for you! Once the new Branding has been created and shared with your account you will need to unpublish any existing documents and choose the new Branding . Don’t forget to republish!
