Temporary links are the perfect solution if you would like someone, such as a colleague or client, to view your version before it goes live. They don't have to be an admin user of PageTiger, and it's possible to generate different expiry dates enabling you to control how long they can view the link for.
How to generate a Temporary Link
Select 'Manage' for your Document from the homepage.
Select the 'Temporary Link' button for the Version.
A pop-up box will then display with the option to choose an expiry date for the link.
Once selected, select the copy icon which will copy the Temporary Link ready for you to use.
How to use a Temporary Link
The Temporary link can be forwarded on and be used by anyone it is sent to.
💡 Temporary Links can also be used for things such as Interview Packs and Job Offers, as the expiry date of the link can be useful if you want the reader to have access for a limited amount of time.
