Advanced Security Rule: Single Sign-on (SSO)
Updated over a week ago

Single Sign-on (SSO) works by offloading the authentication of your visitors to your SSO login screen before redirecting them back to PageTiger. Itโ€™s the highest level of security available and can be set up if your organisation is signed up to our 'Essentials Plus - Service Charge'.

Example

If your organisation uses Office 365 SSO, your staff will login in there first before being returned to the PageTiger Document.

Benefits of SSO?

  • Increased Productivity.

  • Improved Security.

  • Enhanced Customer Experience.

  • Regulatory Compliance.

What SSO standards are supported?

  • SAML 2.0

  • OAUTH2

  • OPENID CONNECT

Example providers that we integrate with:

  • ADFS

  • Azure AD/Microsoft Office 365

  • Okta

The configuration of SSO is completed by our Support team โ€“ please get in touch if you would like to find out more and they will provide further details.

๐Ÿ’ก SSO and Expected Visitor Lists

Did you know that SSO can be used alongside an Expected Visitor List?โ€‹

Once logged in via SSO, the visitors credentials will be compared against an Expected Visitor List. If the visitor is on the list they can view the Document, and if not, they will be denied access.
