Linking Interactivity
Updated over a week ago

It’s possible to link a piece of Interactivity to a Panel in your Document, helping you to stay on top of any updates. By Linking Interactivity, when the Panel is repositioned or resized, the piece of Interactivity will change simultaneously.

Example

James at ABC Invest has created a guidance document for managers. The third page has been set up as a contents page using a List panel and the 'Jump to a page' module to help managers quickly navigate to a required section. By linking each module to its respective List item, James can add a new item to the contents list when needed, without the 'Jump to a page' modules becoming out of sync.

How to Link Interactivity to a Panel

  • Navigate to a Document.

  • Select ‘Interactivity’ for the version of the Document.

  • Click on the piece of Interactivity that you would like to link to a panel.

  • Select the 'Link to Panel' icon from the flyout menu.
