What is a thumbnail image?
A video thumbnail is a still image that provides a preview image for your video. Your visitors will see this image on your page before the video plays - think of it like a book cover. It can be a useful feature if the first frame of your video isn't suitable
This feature is available for the 'Play video file on page' and 'Play video file in pop-up' modules only.
How to add a thumbnail image
Create a suitable image, ensuring it uses the same dimensions of your video.
Upload the image to your Resources Manager.
Select the copy icon for the resource, which will copy the resource URL.
Paste this URL into the Thumbnail URL field for the video module.
