A guide for users on how to reset their own password and request an MFA reset

Resetting Your Password

  • Enter your email address and click Forgot Password

  • You will then be directed to type in your email on the Forgot your password? page

  • Type in your email and select Reset Password

  • You will then receive an email with a link to set up a new password for your account.

Cannot find your MFA code?

  • When you login using Continue with SSO/Email, PALIDIN will prompt you for your MFA code.

  • Be sure to check your mobile device / cell phone for any Authenticator Apps (commonly used ones include Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator).

  • Open the Authenticator App and check for an account on there that says PALIDIN

  • Use the code under PALIDIN to login (note that the code changes every 30 seconds)

Requesting an MFA Reset

If you get a new phone or accidentally delete your authenticator app and its data, you will need to have your MFA reset from the backend. There are two ways to request an MFA reset:
