When you login using Continue with SSO/Email, PALIDIN will prompt you for your MFA code.
Be sure to check your mobile device / cell phone for any Authenticator Apps (commonly used ones include Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator).
Open the Authenticator App and check for an account on there that says PALIDIN
Use the code under PALIDIN to login (note that the code changes every 30 seconds)
Requesting an MFA Reset
If you get a new phone or accidentally delete your authenticator app and its data, you will need to have your MFA reset from the backend. There are two ways to request an MFA reset:
Reach out to the Admin on your account. They can easily reset your MFA by following the steps outlined here: Reset Password & MFA for your Users
Reach out to our Support team in chat or via email (support@fraudfighter.com) and they can reset the MFA for you.
