Redacted Transaction Reports are now available in PALIDIN to support new regulatory requirements set by financial institutions such as Toyota Financial and Lexus Financial. These reports automatically exclude sensitive information, specifically:
Photos from the ID
Sex/Gender information
⚠️ Note: You must have administrative permissions on the device to modify these settings.
Enabling Redacted Transaction Reports on Desktop
Follow the steps below to configure your system to generate and save redacted reports:
Open Settings on your PALIDIN Desktop application.
Navigate to Transaction Report.
Toggle ON the setting:
“Allow Redacted Transaction Reports to be viewed, printed & saved”Select your preferred save file path for redacted reports.
Toggle ON the setting:
“Auto Save Redacted Reports” (optional but recommended).(Optional) If desired, you can enable both redacted and standard transaction reports to be saved.
